BROTHER & SISTERS

This sculpture was a commission in the same style as ‘Being Me’.

There is a ‘positive’ version, which is the three siblings standing alone, and the ‘negative’ version which is the three siblings – effectively in a box. The ‘positive’ is cut out of the ‘negative’, so in the negative version there is actually nothing there – it is just the visual traces of what has been cut out.

I love the way this sculpture changes as the light changes throughout the day – rather in the same way as I might change throughout the day.

I am happy to take commissions for small group or individual ‘portraits’. Please feel free to contact me directly to discuss. Related works are: ‘Gang of Three’; ‘My Space’ & ‘Being Me’.
