This came about because the couple who commissioned the female torso Console table wanted a male companion!

At the time, I was going to life drawing classes in Cambridge UK, and fortunately one of the models was happy to collaborate with me to create this sculpture.

The console table shown below uses a life-size version of the same form. The table top is 140cm x 40cm.
